Single Premium Deferred Annuity (SPDA)

Premium is paid in a one-time lump sum payment. Income taxes on the earnings are deferred until they are withdrawn. This annuity can be used for IRA rollovers or any other single premium need.

Flexible Premium Deferred Annuity (FPDA)

This type of annuity allows the customer to make multiple or installment premium payments. Installments may be increased, decreased or even stopped based on the customer’s premium paying ability. This annuity can be used as an investment vehicle for a savings plan for retirement or any other future use.

Single Premium Immediate Annuity (SPIA)

An immediate annuity is purchased with a single premium with disbursements back to the customer to begin no later than one year from the date of purchase. This annuity provides for a guaranteed series of substantially equal payments made to the customer (not less frequently than annually) either for a specific period or for life. This form of annuity assists the client in liquidating assets to begin and maintain a continuous flow of income back to the customer. This vehicle can be used to liquidate pension funds.

Index annuity is a single premium deferred annuity providing the safety of traditional annuities and the long-term growth potential of equity markets.
