2021 Lending Compliance School

The Iowa Bankers Association (IBA) Lending Compliance School will be held April 26-29, 2021 as a virtual seminar.

Classes will be held 9:00am – 4:00pm each day via Zoom meeting. There will be opportunities for networking with other students and discussion with the instructors and IBA Compliance Staff throughout the week. The school will include a virtual happy hour reception as well fun activities to keep you engaged and learning.

Attendees are encouraged to attend the school on a device where they have access to a web camera. Students will still be able to participate in all essential school activities without the web cam.

Instructors

The IBA Lending Compliance School will be taught by instructors from Professional Bank Services (PBS).

Leah Hamilton
Leah Hamilton is a Vice President and Senior Consultant with ProBank Austin’s Education Division. In addition to her speaking role, Leah is one of the driving forces behind her firm’s ProBank Advisor. With nearly 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, her compliance knowledge spans Lending, Deposits, BSA/AML and Compliance Management. As a compliance expert, Leah has served as a lead advisor on consent order remediation engagements and management responses to examiner concerns. She is often called upon to assist in potential RESPA Section 8, UDAAP and Overdraft matters. Leah has trained more than 1,000 lenders on TRID and served as a TRID and 2018 HMDA expert for the American Bankers Association.
