Flu Immunizations

The Iowa Bankers Benefit Plan covers flu immunizations at 90% for public health nurses (as long as they provide an itemized statement), physician clinics and hospitals.  If the pharmacy provides the immunization, the $25.00 copay is charged.  Your bank can offer onsite immunizations to your IBBP covered employees and family members and receive reimbursement for the immunizations.  Flu mist is covered the same as the flu immunization.  If interested please complete the form in the link below and fax along with the itemized statement to the IBBP Customer Service Rep. fax number on the form.  Please call 1 800-258-1415 with questions.
